Working across a roster of both emerging and well established artists in our UK Label Services team, liaising with artist management & artists, implementing effective promotions strategy with a critical eye for how to reach and engage with different artists existing and potential audiences.
Must be skilled in capturing and editing short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, using relevant apps and software, including CapCut, Adobe Premiere, and iMovie.
Required: Minimum of three years digital account experience required, with strong digital marketing and operational skills, as well as robust and extensive existing relationships with digital retail marketing partners across multiple territories
Must have advanced understanding of royalty statements and core royalty functions, ideally in a music environment, and previous experience in a royalty accounting and distribution environment
Required: 3+ years experience in a contracting role within entertainment/media (preferably music), and a solid understanding of commercial/agency contracts
Specific previous work experience is not required for this role. Instead, you should be immersed in how social media creators interact with copyrighted music and entertainment content as well as passionate about a diverse selection of artists from across our labels
Required: Three years of appropriate experience, passion for Rap/RnB/Afrobeats, and a proven track record of running successful campaigns within Rap/RnB/Afrobeats genres

Seeking an a person with experience in capturing and producing engaging short-form video content Ability to quickly turnaround edits, with strong filming and editing skills and proficiency in using video editing software/in-app features on Reels, TikTok and Shorts
A solid understanding of the music business, recording process, love of music & club culture and knowledge of the current landscape of the music industry is a must.
