Kobalt’s recording company AWAL has signed a worldwide recordings deal with Danish label The Bank for singer/songwriter, Hugo Helmig (pictured).
The Bank, Kobalt and Helmig have already worked together on the release of the Promise EP and singles Please Don’t Lie and Wild.
The expanded AWAL recordings deal offers Helmig a full range of services, including marketing, campaign promotion, synch licensing and global distribution.
Helmig released his debut single, Please Don’t Lie in 2017.
The song reached No.1 on the Danish airplay chart, peaked at No.3 on the official German airplay charts and gained traction in both Austria and Switzerland.
In 2018, Helmig released the single, Wild, which spent five weeks at the No.1 spot in Denmark and peaked at No.3 in Germany.
In the spring of 2018, Helmig released his EP, Promise and will release his debut album, Juvenile in March 2019.
