Universal‘s Caroline has signed an exclusive US agreement with independent label ATO Records that will see Caroline provide distribution services for all of the label’s releases.
Caroline is the Independent Services division of Capitol Music Group, providing a full range of label services including Marketing, Promotion, Commercial Development, Branding, Synch & Licensing, Lifestyle Marketing, Business Affairs and Finance.
In the US, Caroline is based in New York City. The first release under the new ATO agreement will be the forthcoming album from Gypsy punk band Gogol Bordello on July 23.

ATO Records was founded by artist Dave Matthews and his manager Coran Capshaw – the founder of the Red Light management group.
