Columbia Records has promoted Erika Alfredson to Senior Vice President of Marketing.
Alfredson was most recently Vice President of Marketing for Columbia.
She is based in Columbia’s Los Angeles office and will head up the West Coast Marketing team from there.
Alfredson was appointed Vice President of Marketing for Columbia in 2016 and prior to that, she was Senior Director of Marketing for Columbia, a role she was appointed to in 2013.
Her career at the label started in 2011 as Marketing Manager.
She joined the Sony family of labels in 2005 as retail marketing representative working out of the West Coast office for Sony Music Label Group.
The marketing exec has spearheaded successful campaigns for the likes of Adele, Beyoncé, Diplo, Jack White, Arcade Fire, Depeche Mode, and others.
