Three Six Zero, an international management and entertainment company, announced on Tuesday (February 27) the appointment of James Fava as a Partner.
Fava joins Three Six Zero while retaining his leadership role as Founder and Director at Intergalactic Fantastic Worldwide, an Australia-based management company with a roster of artists like Dom Dolla, Anna Lunoe, Torren Foot, and Airwolf Paradise.
Dom Dolla, one of Intergalactic Fantastic’s most prominent artists, has amassed over 1 billion streams globally, secured a 2024 GRAMMY nomination, and landed his second ARIA Award win in 2023. His international touring schedule boasts over 100 shows this year, including slots at Coachella and Lollapalooza.
Nick Dearmun, who was promoted to General Manager at Three Six Zero Recordings in 2021, spearheaded global campaigns for Dom Dolla.

The news arrives four months after Caron Veazey, founder of management and consulting agency Something In Common, joined Three Six Zero as a Partner.

Three Six Zero, headquartered in Los Angeles with additional offices in Miami and London, represents a diverse range of established and emerging talent across music, film, television, and digital content. The company’s roster includes industry powerhouses like Calvin Harris, WILLOW, Majid Jordan, Nicky Jam, The Streets, and Jabari Banks.
In October 2023, Three Six Zero participated in a $3 million funding round for Hook, a New York-based startup focused on music AI technology.
Three Six Zero has actively invested in several management firms in recent years. These include Forward Motion Artists, led by Jazz Spinder, UK-based Palm Artists, and SARM Music Village in London. The investments and partnerships aim to strengthen the company’s network and provide access to a wider pool of talent across various markets.
