Giant Music, an independent record label under The Azoff Company, has appointed Nate Albert as its new President.
Albert brings a wealth of experience as an A&R executive and artist himself. He joined Giant Music from Warner Records, where he developed and signed Best New Artist Grammy Nominee Omar Apollo and Teddy Swims, among others.
He previously served as an A&R executive at Capitol Records and Republic Records where he signed international superstar The Weeknd and Maggie Rogers.
Albert has also worked on projects with artists like Dua Lipa, Marshmello, Roddy Ricch, Calum Scott, Troye Sivan, NF, Cold War Kids and Jon Bellion.
He started his music career at the age of 13 as guitarist, songwriter, co-producer, and founding member of the multi-Platinum selling band The Mighty Mighty Bosstones.

Albert will be joining the Giant Music team that includes co-founder Shawn Holiday, Matt LaMotte, and Charles Hamilton, among others.

Giant Music is an independent record label that is part of the Azoff Company, a privately held media and entertainment company whose portfolio includes music management company Full Stop Management, performance rights company Global Music Rights, sports and entertainment venue company Oak View Group, and artist asset management firm Iconic Artists Group, which recently acquired the music rights of legendary rock musician Graham Nash.
Iconic also acquired the catalogs of Cher, Dean Martin, David Crosby, Stephen Stills, Nat King Cole, Linda Ronstadt, andJoe Cocker.
The Azoff Company in 2018 bought out the remaining 50% stake in its joint venture with The Madison Square Garden Company (MSG) for $125 million.
