237 Global is seeking a proactive and strategic Sales Lead to drive the expansion of our client roster and optimize our sales processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about developing innovative sales strategies while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail.

As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for leading outreach efforts, managing high-volume proposals, and ensuring seamless communication with potential clients. You will play a crucial role in refining our sales approach and crafting compelling proposals that engage and excite our prospects.

Position Details:
  • Lead the creation, refinement, and optimization of client decks and proposals to drive new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with program and finance teams to establish appropriate budgets, ensuring accuracy in pricing and financial calculations for pitches
  • Maintain a comprehensive tracking system for distributed proposals, providing regular status updates via our CRM and ensuring timely follow-ups with potential clients
  • Provide insights and analytics on proposal closing rates to refine strategies and improve conversion success
  • Work closely with VIP Experiences and App teams to develop creative and compelling sales pitches that align with company offerings
  • Ensure all proposals, budgets, and sales materials are properly stored, organized, and accessible to the team for seamless execution and tracking
  • Leverage existing connections to drive new client outreach

Job Requirements
  • Extremely high level of attention to detail, proofreading abilities, and organization
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow up both internally and externally with necessary stakeholders in order to maintain progress
  • Ability to liaise between multiple departments
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proficient in Google Suite
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Results-oriented attitude, open to working outside of traditional office hours to ensure a task is completed
  • Comfortable working 5 days a week in office
  • Experience with Canva preferred
