This will ensure visibility of our upcoming releases and marketing notes with editorial teams for platforms like Beatport, Apple Music and Spotify, and outside partners such as DJs and radio contacts. Eventually tracking any editorial updates on our analytics & reporting tools, and feeding updates back to the Recordings team.

The Coordinator will also take part in setting up the product on our internal systems, gathering track & artist information through forms & emails. And ensuring products are complete, with correct metadata, ahead of delivery.

On release day, they will scan online platforms to confirm products have been delivered correctly. Completing the product in our systems by adding online URI’s, shortlinks and other information.
