Overview

Globally renowned electronic music labels, Anjunabeats and Anjunadeep are responsible for breaking electronic music stars Ben Böhmer, Above & Beyond, Tinlicker and Eli & Fur among many others. Alongside their recent ambient imprint Reflections, the Anjuna label family covers the full spectrum of electronic music from ambient and electronica through house, breakbeat and melodic techno and trance. We also manage our partner distribution labels This Never Happened, 17 Steps and Ophelia.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our London-based team. In collaboration with both our Design and Marketing departments, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating custom graphics and videos for the social media channels of our three frontline music labels. This role is a key part of our dynamic creative team, offering the chance to shape the company’s visual presence across social platforms.

Involved Design (involved-design.com) is our in-house creative team, consisting of five designers who handle the art direction and design for our labels, events, and artist campaigns. This role is focused on social media, and we are looking for a candidate who brings enthusiasm and a strong skillset to help elevate our brands and artist campaigns with thoughtful and engaging social content.


Responsibilities
  • Produce diverse social media content for our three frontline brands.
  • Create dynamic video beds for label events and artist tour recaps.
  • Participate in creative discussions around briefs and branding.
  • Play an active role in pre-production, including brainstorming, storyboarding, and planning shoots.
  • Bring fresh ideas and techniques to elevate the visual storytelling of our assets.
  • Stay updated on the latest video trends and see what’s working for other brands and creators.

Skills and attributes
  • Strong interest in creating social-first content.
  • Eager to work in the fast-paced music industry.
  • Experienced in concepting, storyboarding, and scripting video content.
  • Proficient in editing with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
  • Understands social platform optimization, with portfolio examples to prove it.
  • Photography and video content capture skills are a plus.
  • Creative thinker who works well within brand guidelines and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable taking direction or working independently as needed.
  • Able to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • A good collaborator
