Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and resourceful Day-to-Day Manager to join our team. This role will involve overseeing the daily operations of the artist’s career, ensuring smooth coordination between the core management team and supporting team (Label, Publicist, Agents, Business Management, Lawyers, etc). The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a deep passion for the music industry, and an ability to juggle multiple tasks all while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as one of the main points of contact for the artist and manager(s). Assist in the coordination of schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, events/appearances, as well as personal requests.
- Assist in the logistical planning and execution of tours, including coordinating travel, accommodations, schedules, and liaising with venues, and touring team.
- Support the planning and execution of performances, media appearances, and promotional events.
- Ensure all necessary arrangements are in place and the artist’s needs are met.
- Work closely with legal and business management teams to ensure payments, expenses and contracts are managed and adhered to. Maintain necessary budgets and keep track of receipts/expenses.
- Handle any issues or emergencies that arise on a daily basis with a calm and professional demeanor. Be able to troubleshoot and resolve conflicts swiftly.
- Address and resolve any on-the-spot logistical issues or unexpected challenges that may arise in the artist’s day-to-day operations
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and maintain and update the artist’s calendar with necessary work/personal events.
* This role will require flexibility in hours, with occasional nights and weekends. Travel will be required based on the artist’s schedule.

- Previous experience in the music industry or a related field and a strong understanding of industry standards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and manage multiple competing priorities.
- A passion for music and artist development.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to communicate with high level executives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking tools.
- Proficiency in industry software and tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite, project management tools, and social media platforms).
