Job Title: Day to Day Manager
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Day to Day Manager to work directly with an A List legacy rock artist in managing all aspects of their projects and business ventures. This individual will act as the primary representative for the principals in relationships with key stakeholders, including record labels, agents, promoters, and radio partners.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience overseeing the execution of global touring, catalogue releases, press obligations, merchandising, licensing, and brand partnerships while serving as the main point of contact for staff supporting the artist’s personal and professional needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for talent, providing strategic guidance across all aspects of their career.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including record labels, agents, promoters, and radio partners to ensure the artist’s success.
- Manage the planning and execution of all aspects of touring, both domestically and internationally, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.
- Oversee press and social media obligations, including strategy, interviews and promotional appearances, to maintain and grow the artist’s public presence.
- Lead catalogue release strategy and implementation, merchandising, licensing, and brand partnership efforts, identifying and negotiating new opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to support the talent in both their personal and professional lives.
- Work closely with the artists to prioritize their career objectives, ensuring alignment across all facets of their business.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent management
- Strong understanding of the music industry, including touring logistics, digital, press, merchandising, and brand partnerships.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
