We are looking for a Music Management Executive Assistant to support our leadership team and contribute to the smooth operation of our business. Key Responsibilities

Executive Support:

  • Manage and prioritise incoming emails for executives, responding as needed with professionalism and discretion.
  • Maintain and manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, presentations and reports.
  • Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems.
  • Assist in the development and documentation of team processes with the Operational Manager.

Artist & Management Support:

  • Provide administrative support across the management team, working closely with artists and their teams.
  • Track project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met and projects stay on schedule.
  • Coordinate logistics and schedules for artists, management teams and other stakeholders.

Communication & Liaison:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, including artists, managers, promoters, and vendors.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key players in the music industry.
  • Attend meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items as required.
  • Draft and manage internal and external communications, including emails, memos, and reports.

Office & Financial Administration:

  • Assist with processing expense reports and track budgets.
  • Maintain organised records for contracts, agreements and other important documents.
  • Support the leadership team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the music industry is desirable.
  • Experience in music management or a similar field is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in an administrative support role is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • A genuine passion for music and familiarity with its trends and dynamics.

What We Offer:
  • Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Flexible working hours and the opportunity to work mostly from home, with occasional travel to South London (approximately 2/3 days per week).
