Private Personal Assistant (PA) to International Music Artist

We are seeking a highly dedicated and highly organised Personal Assistant (PA) to support an international music artist in both their personal and professional life. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who excels in multitasking, maintains discretion, and is passionate about providing exceptional, high-level support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Household Management: Ensure the artist’s home is always well-maintained, organised, and beautifully presented. This includes managing supplies, overseeing cleaning, and coordinating with contractors (e.g., cleaners, gardeners, maintenance personnel).
  • Personal Care & Wellbeing: Plan and manage the artist’s personal health, including arranging fitness training, nutrition, and overall wellbeing.
  • Errand Running: Handle daily tasks such as grocery shopping, managing mail and bills, handling laundry, making reservations, and coordinating family or personal appointments.
  • Travel Management: Pack and unpack for travels, ensure wardrobe items are packed properly, and manage travel documentation. Assist with coordinating all travel details for the artist and their close circle.
  • Diary & Appointment Management: Coordinate the artist’s schedule alongside the Day-to-Day Manager. Ensure all appointments are confirmed, the artist is on time, and that team members and external contacts are informed of changes.
  • Event Planning & Support: Assist with planning and managing events. On performance days, support the artist by liaising with the tour manager, handling belongings, managing meals, and supporting logistical needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Maintain strong communication with the wider team, attend meetings, and assist where needed. Ensure all team members are updated on the artist’s whereabouts and schedule.
  • Social Media Support: Capture photos and videos for the artist’s social media presence when needed.
  • Agency Liaison: Coordinate with glam and styling agents to book appointments and manage availability schedules, updating internal documents as necessary.

Requirements
  • Service-Oriented Mindset: You should possess an innate ability to serve and support, ensuring the artist’s needs are met with care, professionalism, and attention to detail. The role requires a strong sense of dedication to helping others, with an emphasis on providing seamless, high-level service.
  • Proactive and Anticipatory: You will need to be a step ahead at all times—anticipating needs and going the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Highly Organised & Detail-Oriented: This role requires someone who is detail-driven, efficient, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Flexible & Adaptable: The role involves frequent travel, irregular hours, and sometimes requires prioritising the artist’s needs over personal commitments.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You’ll need to coordinate with various team members, external contractors, and service providers, ensuring clear and constant communication.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar support role is an advantage though not essential
  • Passion for providing top-notch service and maintaining high standards of organisation and presentation
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a flexible and fast-paced setting
  • Willingness to go above and beyond, anticipating needs and proactively resolving issues

Terms and Conditions & Expectations of Working Conditions
  • Dynamic & Fast-Paced: This role is demanding, with frequent travel and irregular hours. You must be comfortable with a flexible work schedule and able to thrive in high-pressure environments.
  • Travel: The role requires domestic and international travel with the artist. Travel expenses will be covered or reimbursed by the artist in accordance with agreed terms.
  • Professionalism: The PA is expected to maintain professionalism and discretion at all times. Alcohol and drug use during working hours or while representing the artist is strictly prohibited.
  • Car Driver: A valid driver’s license and the ability to drive is essential for this role.
  • Salary: To be confirmed (TBC).
  • Location: Based in the South London borough of Lambeth, with an ideal candidate living within a 20-minute drive of the area. There will also be frequent travel both within the UK and internationally as required.

This is a rewarding and dynamic role where no two days are the same. If you’re a hardworking, highly organised, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing exceptional, service-oriented support to a busy international artist, we’d love to hear from you.
