Audience & Marketing Coordinator

Beggars Group is looking for an Audience & Marketing Coordinator to join the marketing team based in London. This is a full time hybrid role, currently a minimum of 4 days per week in the office.

In this newly created role you will work closely with the rest of the marketing team to ensure that artist campaigns are set up and delivered successfully.


Main responsibilities
  • Work with the content and art departments to manage the creation and delivery of marketing assets in project management tool Asana.
  • Liaise with the streaming department to ensure pitches contain all appropriate marketing information, particularly on TikTok and Meta.
  • Manage the creation of smartlinks and the internal education required to keep best practices active.
  • Implement global marketing campaigns on Spotify which promote our artists through audio, video and display advertising.
  • Support the creation of marketing decks at the outset of each priority campaign.
  • Develop marketing reports in data studio for the labels, artists and their management teams.
  • Assist the International Marketing Manager in the booking of digital advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google etc.
  • Work alongside the Audience & Marketing Manager to select audience targeting for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Support updating and sharing internal and external email communications using Mailchimp or similar.

Skills / experience

Specific previous work experience is not required for this role. Instead, you should be immersed in how social media creators interact with copyrighted music and entertainment content as well as passionate about a diverse selection of artists from across our labels.
