Job Description
As Marketing Coordinator you will be tasked with supporting the Marketing team across all releases, this role is tasked with assisting the Marketing Managers in the day-to-day running of domestic and international campaigns as well as working across general admin tasks.
Tasks include:
- Assist four Marketing Managers in the day-to-day running of domestic and international campaigns
- Research and compile data for internal and external reports
- Research marketing activations and ideas across all campaigns
- Prepare all metadata so releases can be uploaded for sale
- Liaise with domestic and international physical distributors and co-ordinate stock movement
- Monitor physical stock levels and advise when to order more stock
- Manage and circulate the release schedule and gig schedule
- Monitor streaming and Shazam spikes across all releases, research reasons as to why these spikes have occurred
- Follow trending hashtags and tracks on Tik Tok
- Monitor Tik Tok for spikes in usage for all releases and advise Marketing Manager where they have come from
- General administration duties
Qualifications
- Passionate about music
- Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Discord, Twitch, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.
- Keen interest in, and awareness of popular trends on social media
- Strong proactivity with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative nature, working as a team, individually and with artists and managers
- Passion for creative work
