Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and analytical Paid Media Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our paid digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing significant ad spend, and continuously testing and refining campaigns to improve performance.
While experience in music or event-related advertising is welcome, we are open to candidates from diverse industries with a strong track record in digital advertising and data-driven campaign management. We encourage applicants with backgrounds in any sector where paid media is a core component of success, as we value expertise in digital advertising above specific industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and other digital channels.
- Manage advertising budgets to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and meet business objectives.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations.
- Conduct A/B testing on creative, targeting, and messaging to improve conversion rates and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Stay informed on digital advertising trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align paid media efforts with overall marketing and business goals.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to inform decision-making and campaign adjustments.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns.
- Proven track record of running high-budget, performance-driven campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Experience in paid social (Meta, TikTok), Google Ads, and other digital ad platforms.
- Ability to adapt quickly and pivot strategies based on market trends and campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Facebook Business Manager, and other tracking platforms.
