A minimum of 7 years of experience in the music industry, specifically in performing rights organizations (PRO) or music publishing. Direct experience with digital licensing is highly preferred.
Required: Previous admin and copyright experience at a music publisher or rights management organisation is ideal, but more importantly, a thorough understanding of music publishing
Required: 7-10 years of business development and/or strategic advisory experience in sales or marketing within a service-driven environment managing strategy, with a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
Required: a strong understanding and experience of the PRO and/or music publishing landscape having practical experience of making enquiries to overseas societies and deep knowledge of international collective management society practices.
Required: Deep understanding of royalty processing workflows, clear experience in delivering business change initiatives of various scale and impact working in a fast paced, rigorous, analytical environment
Must have proven experience in project management and implementation, ideally with a focus within technology driven industries. PM Certification is a plus but not essential
