Required: 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5+ years in leadership roles within contract administration, rights management, or music publishing operations
Should ideally have previous experience reading and interpreting music publishing contracts, but we are also keen to hear from you if you have 1-2 years of relevant administrative/data-entry experience in the music industry
Must have 1-3 years of experience in a Customer Success position or in a similar role focused on customer support, strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure and complete tasks efficiently
Required: industry experience in music publishing, licensing, copyright and royalty processes as well as up to date on current industry affairs in order to recognize any potential impact on Kobalt and how to effectively deliver solutions if needed.
