The ideal candidate possesses financial forecasting, analysis, and accounting experience with demonstrated proficiency in detailed financial analysis and reporting, financial systems, management of staff, and communication skills
Required: Bachelor's degree, and 7+ years of experience in digital marketing within the music industry, preferably at a major label, with a proven track record of building social media audiences and driving short-form content
Required: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, 5+ years customer service experience, and exceptional leadership skills with the ability to coach and drive results
Required: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related digital or music field is preferred, and 10 to 15 year experience, with a deep understanding and highly specialized knowledge in Mexican Music, along with fluency in Spanish.
5+ years of experience in CRM or Audience Development with an emphasis on digital marketing channels, including full ownership ranging from strategy to execution
