SYNC MARKETING COORDINATOR – LABEL GROUP

Position Purpose
Responsible for assisting the Concord Label Group sync marketing team in its day-to-day operation. Works under close supervision from the VP, Sync Marketing – Label Group, while also working with the Label Group sync marketing team and wider Label Group UK team.
What you’ll do
- Departmental Support – organizational functions and responsibilities to support the VP,Sync Marketing
- Catalogue Management – downloading and maintaining new and old catalogue in our pitching platform on a regular basis by staying across release schedules and liaising with wider team to ensure all required audio is available for clients
- Licensing Support – tracking active projects and ensuring all licensing resources are up to date regularly in our internal licensing platform to ensure wider teams know of all placements for additional marketing efforts
- Marketing – preparing and delivering marketing materials for the UK sync marketing team using various internal platforms for the purpose of mailouts, events and presentations
- Contacts/Event Management – help to maintain the department’s vital list of client contact information for digital music distribution, as well as handling show invites and RSVPs for all artist shows in the European market to ensure our clients are up to date with all new music and artist activities
- Reports – using internal pitching and analytical platforms to assist with trend analysis and the completion of scheduled reports for market research
What you’ll need to succeed
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the music industry or other relevant experience is preferable
- Passionate about a wide-range of music and technology/digital trends
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and a good telephone manner
- Excellent general computer skills; specific proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and knowledge of PowerPoiint
- Comfortable solving problems independently as well as part of a team, prioritizing heavy workloads, working under pressure and multi-tasking
- Ability to prioritize to tight deadlines with a strong sense of initiative and a careful attention to detail
- A professional, pleasant and friendly demeanor
- Good judgement, particularly with respect to confidential matters
- General agreement and acceptance of the Company’s core values
- Basic asset creation a plus (Photoshop)
