Marketing Manager (International)
Forward-thinking international music company is seeking a star member to join our team
ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVES
- Actively develop value of Evolution’s assets to maximise revenues hitting ROI targets
- Maximise resources and visibility, minimise cost, fully utilise available tools
- Overall responsibility for physical and digital marketing
- Understand Evolution’s artists / labels and segment marketplace accordingly to create awareness / audience for content
- Creatively develop artists’ long-term brand and social media presence
- Lead and manage a regional marketing team
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement marketing plans for labels / artists to boost content engagement / sales
- Oversee promotions for media (radio / TV / online) / retail
- Develop contacts and relationships with media, digital music platforms and influencers
- Set KPI targets and tasks for the team
- Regularly review analytics / performance data
QUALIFICATIONS
- Passionate about music
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in music (or similar field) marketing
- Bachelor’s / College degree in Marketing or similar
- Team player and a winner
- Excellent English
- Candidate with less experience will be considered for other positions
