Role Overview

The Product Manager is responsible for supporting and reporting to SVP Creative/Audience Development in key operational and reporting tasks across the three verticals.


Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

  • Develop CRM.
  • Research DSPs
  • Create databases across work slate
  • Organize pipelines/process and clearances/release schedules
  • Forecasting revenue and reporting to internal stakeholders and shareholders
  • Overall industry research
  • Track & investigate uncleared works
  • Ensure high level of song asset management

Trends & Social:

  • Develop and maintain key partners directory
  • Establish and ensure best practice
  • Support with weekly & monthly reporting on consumption and social trends to internal and external stakeholders
  • Preparation of consumption trends for our shareholder’s portfolio reviews quarterly
  • Mapping/Monitoring  key partners/playlisting

Digital Optimisations:

  • Identify potential optimisations and create test cases
  • Maintain checklist of implementation across all eligible catalogues
  • Manage relationships with third parties as necessary

Qualifications and Experience
  • Ideally 2 to 3 years of proven experience in music in a marketing, A&R or digital role.
  • Excel, Powerpoint & Monday.com/Airtable or other project management software expertise a must
  • Tableau, Short form video editing an advantage
  • Have experience in project management
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Great organizational skills
  • Experience in physical product release e.g. vinyl an advantage
  • Finance knowledge an advantage

  • This role may require occasional travel and attendance at events outside of regular working hours.
