Required: At least 7 years’ experience as a qualified lawyer or international relations/policy professional in a relevant area. Good working knowledge of copyright, media and entertainment law, AI and digital regulation, and/or trade law
Required: 3+ years experience in a contracting role within entertainment/media (preferably music), and a solid understanding of commercial/agency contracts
This position is open to candidates with a minimum of three years of legal experience within an entertainment law firm, record label, or publishing company.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in the music industry, specifically in performing rights organizations (PRO) or music publishing. Direct experience with digital licensing is highly preferred.
Must be qualified to practice as a Solicitor in the UK, and have a minimum 2 years of legal experience in an entertainment company or related law practice
Required: bachelor of laws or juris doctor degree, hold a current Australian practicing certificate, and previous experience in a legal assistant, paralegal or junior lawyer role
Required: Law degree and a minimum of six (6) years of relevant hands-on music publishing business experience in either a law firm or an in-house legal team.
This role involves providing comprehensive administrative and legal support, including research, basic drafting, and managing various legal documents to ensure compliance and protection of our music catalogue.
The successful candidate will have a strong academic record and have qualified into Commercial, Corporate or IP departments – with some focus on media/entertainment desirable, but not essential.
