This role requires exceptional attention to detail, excellent organisational and analytical skills, strong interpersonal skills, time management, and most importantly, the ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Over 2 years of experience in day-to-day music management is essential. Candidates should be hard working, positive and should have a genuine passion for music.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working within the creative arts; be a clear and articulate communicator; possess a high degree of grammatical and numerical literacy; be highly organised with strong time-management skills
Required: bachelor degree in business, marketing, music management, or other related discipline, and a minimum of 5+ years of business experience, preferably in music entertainment
Required: Solid existing experience working closely with artists and managers within an audience development / digital marketing function in the music industry.
Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience working with talent in a previous position, and the ability to keep track of many ongoing projects with strong attention to detail and excellent follow through
