As well as working collaboratively with other members of the operations team, you will liaise with other areas of the business to improve the fan experience and continuously improve our processes
Required: 8+ years of experience in digital supply chain management, preferably in tech, music, or media industries with a deep technical ability as a trusted subject matter authority with content and data management systems
Required: at least 1 year or more of experience in the music industry in a professional setting (those with internship experience can apply; office experience preferred)
Required: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, and creative dealmaking within the music/entertainment industry, with a proven track record of securing brand financial commitments
This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage people, performance and resources, develop team members, optimize workflows, and drive operational excellence.
Required: bachelor’s degree preferably in business, economics or another related field, and 7+ years of relevant work experience in finance, consulting, strategy, M&A, or a similar field
Required: 2 years of experience in Youtube CMS or content strategy at a label or distributor, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
