While a previous concert career isn’t required, you must be an experienced musician with a deep understanding of the music world. Knowing who’s who in the field, and ideally having access to top artists, instructors, and educators, is essential
Reporting to the Head of D2C, the role will provide critical support in the end to end processing of Bandcamp sales outside of the US (order, fulfilment and customer support)
Required: Degree in business, analytics, product, music, or creative industries, considerable experience in business development or key account management within the music, technology, or content industry, preferably with a focus on digital platforms and streaming services
Seeking a person comfortable working within the church community and the church music community, and interested in learning new skills and increasing their knowledge of copyright, sacred music, and licensing
You will provide direct support to assigned US wholesale and retail accounts in regard to orders, product questions, returns/damages, and b2b assistance
Experience of leading and developing a sales team within a music or performing arts organisation, and proven success at developing and implementing sales strategies in new and existing markets and channels
Required: 3+ years account management, preference within music, content licensing or media, and strong experience building outstanding, long term, relationships, delivering impeccable service levels and client support
Required: 5+ years experience in music sync sales for film/tv (experience with ad agencies, trailer houses, and video games a plus), including exposure to and/or activity in: selling, negotiating, closing deals and developing relationships
