We are seeking a skilled and creative Digital Campaign Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the music industry, digital advertising platforms, and the unique needs of independent artists and labels.
This role requires a strategic thinker with experiences in developing, implementing, and optimisation of digital ad campaigns to drive brand awareness, fan engagement, and revenue growth for our artists and our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Experience in digital advertising. Within the music or entertainment industry would be advantageous.
- Proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, KPIs, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Experience with audience segmentation, retargeting, and A/B testing.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Passion for music and understanding of trends.
- Professional outlook: drive to deliver to brand guidelines without supervision
- Detail Oriented: You will have a keen eye for detail and an ability to identify trends & anomalies.
Desirable Skills
- Experience working with independent artists or labels.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant platforms.

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
