Required: 5+ years of experience in Social, Digital Marketing with an emphasis on audience development, bachelors degree, and experience planning artist organic social campaigns and executing paid spend across major platforms
To be successful, you will have excellent previous demonstrable experience in a similar role within the events industry, with a particularly good understanding of live and electronic music events
CPA or CFA equivalent strongly preferred, strong financial planning and analysis experience, including building complex models and creating board presentations
Required: 3+ years’ experience in a client-facing, account management role in the music industry where you have developed an understanding of music publishing, music copyright, collective management organizations (CMOs) (PROs, MROs and the MLC), and royalty flow in the music industry
Required: Masters degree in music, design, or related field or equivalent qualifications based on professional experience that meet national and/or regional accreditation standards. Demonstrated experience in all aspects and mechanics of audio recording and sound design. Certification in Audinate Dante levels 1-3.
Required: A minimum of five years of experience, preferably within a music or arts organization, demonstrating increasing levels of growth and responsibility including supervisory experience
