Prolifica Management – Senior Day-to-Day Manager (UK)

Prolifica Management Seeks A Senior Day-to-Day Manager:

Prolifica, a leading London based management company, are seeking an experienced, highly organised and motivated senior day-to-day manager.

Candidates must have a minimum of two year’s proven artist management or label experience.


Duties
  • Providing support to artist manager’s for global release campaigns, promotion and touring.
  • Co-ordinating day-to-day activities for artists, itinerary creation, booking travel and meetings.
  • Assisting in all areas of the creative process, from inception to production – including photo and video shoots, working with artists to conceive initial ideas, creating briefs and budgets, sourcing and booking suitable photographers, stylists, designers and directors.
  • Co-ordinating and maintaining the artist’s social media and websites alongside implementing digital marketing strategies with artists.
  • Assist in planning and implementation of global marketing campaigns.
  • Co-ordination and scheduling of domestic and international promotion.
  • Support of the international touring business, logistics, visas, creating and overseeing budgets with tour managers and liaising with artists accountants.
  • International diary management across multiple time zones and complex promotional schedules, including writing sessions, promotional schedules, travel bookings, visa processing.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for communication to all third parties including record label, music publisher, agent, lawyers, PR, accountants, touring and merchandise.
  • Daily communication and information flow with artist.
  • Working with creative team and merchandisers to deliver merchandise solutions for live activity.
  • Ensuring PRS, PPL, publishing and neighbouring rights information is accurately registered.

The Candidate
  • At least 2 years in a similar role, with experience working alongside renowned artists.
  • A can do attitude, impeccable communication, time management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to use their initiative to help problem solve.
  • Excellent IT, digital/social media skills, web management, office software, understanding of d2c and e-commerce.
  • Great organisational skills.
  • Experience of assisting and co-coordinating campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and industry trends
  • Self-motivated to work independently and take on accountability, whilst also working as a team player.
  • Able to work under pressure to meet multiple deadlines, with meticulous attention to detail at all times.
  • ⁠Proven track record of building and maintaining strong business relationships with industry partners.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
  • A love of music.
