Position: Executive Assistant to the CEO

Location: Los Angeles, CA


Sample Job Duties
  • Maintain CEO’s calendar, contacts, and other information
  • Book travel, meetings, calls, and conferences
  • Read, research, and route correspondence; draft letters and documents; collect and analyze information; initiate telecommunications
  • Produce expense reports
  • Summarize action items from Weekly Staff Meeting and distribute to team
  • Provide status reports on Rostrum artists and internal projects by collecting and analyzing information
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications; establish personal music industry networks
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Help with office management duties in our new North Hollywood office space

Skills/Qualifications

Trustworthy, Organized, Strong oral and written communication, Ability to multitask, and Self-motivated. Able to work with Microsoft Office, Excel, and all Apple software and products. Data Entry Skills, Self-Development, Project Management, Flexible Work Schedule, Knowledge Of And Experience With Social Media, and Passion For Music.
