Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Product Owner / Project Manager to lead customer implementations and contribute to our product roadmap. As a Product Owner / Project Manager, you will work with some of our leading customers and our product team to find the best solutions to customer requirements and manage specific Matching Engine implementations as well as providing input into the overall product roadmap.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct customer workshops to gather and document key requirements, demonstrate product features, and manage the implementation process.
- Meet regularly with customer project management team to ensure alignment on the implementation plan, provide status updates and identify and mitigate key project risks.
- Work closely with the customer and management team to determine product features, enhancements and contribute to the overall product roadmap.
- Working with the Scrum Master, support the team’s backlog management and refinement process to ensure that configuration, migration and feature development tasks are in a development-ready state for the next planning cycle.
- Continuously improve how we get things done; recommend and implement better, faster, more effective ways of supporting our customers and team.
- Effectively execute any special projects or ad-hoc tasks as assigned
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Required: 4+ years of experience in the music industry. Preferred: Knowledge of copyright management and royalty distribution within a CMO.
- Third level degree.
- Good communication, presentation and organisational skills.
- Capable of managing the expectations of multiple customers, internal stakeholders and communicating project updates.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Able to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas internally and externally.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Background or experience in computer science, data analytics or related technical disciplines.
- Experience with management tools supporting development and implementation (e.g., Microsoft Azure DevOps, Jira etc.).
- Familiarity working as part of a team within an Agile Development Methodology and Scrum.
