About the Team

SoundOn is an all-in-one platform powered by TikTok, designed to better service music creators through each step of their career — from TikTok integrated promotion tools to universal music distribution, from diverse monetization opportunities to smart music creation. SoundOn exists to give every music creator & label the power to authentically connect with new audiences and “do music” their way.

Responsibilities:
  • You will drive satisfaction and results for our artist and label partners by providing support and guidance in distribution, promotion, and artist/audience development.
  • Assist with identifying and tracking performance metrics, conducting partner research, and synthesizing learnings into actionable insights to advise in the development of SoundOn’s suite of products and services.
  • Advocate for SoundOn in the music industry and ensure the platform is best positioned to attract artist and industry clients and leverage its unique strengths and capabilities.
  • Execute artist programs to educate artists on TikTok platforms, including workshops, events, and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant music industry experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in an established digital music service, record label, or at a media company.
  • Strong music and technological background and well versed in the digital music space.
  • Well organized, dedicated, with the ability to plan and deliver on tight deadlines and pay outstanding attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills and time management skills.
  • Great teammate and always have a positive and humble attitude.
