Helix Records, established in April 2022, is a multi-territory independent home for the world’s best new electronic dance music. Patrick Moxey’s ascending flagship electronic dance music label has already signed renowned electronic duo Snakehips, drum and bass legend Netsky, Dance icon Jamie Jones, Dutch artist/producer San Holo, British-Australian band AR/CO, party rockers Two Friends, Grammy-nominated Ten City and legendary house DJ/producer Marshall Jefferson, and tech house maven DJ Susan, Kaleena Zanders, Alice Ivy, and more.

We are looking for someone to join the Global Sync Team who is passionate about music, driven to work in a fast-paced independent publisher/label environment, and has strong relationships within the music supervision community.


The Job

This role will serve as the Head of Creative Sync and be responsible for securing sync placements for Ultra Publishing, Helix Records, Payday Records, and Guestlist Records across all medias including film, television, advertising, trailers, promos, sports and video games.


Additional responsibilities include
  • Work with the Global A&R team for new artist signing support, pitch meetings, and songwriting camp collaborations
  • Come up with creative ways to promote publishing and label rosters across the music supervisor community for sync placement opportunities
  • Collaborate with signings to stay up to date on projects, releases, and goals to strategize on best sync marketing initiatives
  • Communicate with sub-publisher partners across the globe to update each other on publishing priorities for sync and marketing opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships within the sync community
  • Organize sync songwriting camps
  • Represent UIMP/Helix Records at sync events, concerts, conferences etc.

What we’re looking for
  • At least 6-7 years experience in creative sync
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Passion for music
  • Pre-existing relationships within the music supervisor community
  • Track record of successful previous sync placements

*Salary commensurate with industry experience
