Job Title: Music Label & Artist Manager
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing artists and labels
- Actively involved in developing marketing strategies and campaigns
- Cultivating and expanding relationships with artists, labels, and distribution partners
- Monitoring and analyzing streaming platforms and digital distribution channels
- Organizing promotion activities and events
- Coordinating digital and physical communication processes with business partners (B2B) and artists
- Utilizing technology, particularly Artificial Intelligence (AI), to optimize processes
- Managing and nurturing social media presence
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in the music industry (label, distribution or artist management company, DSP, publishing company)
- Digital native and music enthusiast
- Strong knowledge within independent music, artists (Hip Hop, Lo-Fi, Electronic, and other genres), and streaming platforms (DSPs)
- Highly competent in digital and physical communication with business partners (B2B) and artists
- Technology (AI) and social media savvy
- Innovative and passionate for creative processes
