Warner Chappell Music has appointed Lina Tebbs as the Director of UK Production Music.
Tebbs, who brings a wealth of knowledge in production music and a track record of growing businesses and building brands, will be overseeing the UK’s Production Music team, according to an announcement on Tuesday (February 6).
Reporting to Shani Gonzales, Managing Director of Warner Chappell Music UK, Tebbs will aim to reinvigorate the Production Music team by exploring new approaches to cater to the extensive 190,000+ catalog for film, television, radio, and advertising clients in the UK, the company said.
Having previously served as the Global Head of Business Development & Marketing at Felt Music, Tebbs played a role in expanding the company’s services, including its production music library, music supervision, licensing, and bespoke composition.
She managed projects for notable companies such as BBC, Curve Media, Mullen Lowe, Netflix, and VCCP. Tebbs also spearheaded research, data analysis, and interviews for the Music Publishing in the Age of the Songwriter report.
In her new role, Tebbs will lead the UK Production Music team, overseeing operations in sales, marketing, and the supply chain. She will be collaborating with the finance, copyright, and legal divisions, while working closely with the global Warner Chappell Production Music teams to expand markets and explore alternative revenue streams.
“With Lina at the helm of our operations in the UK, the team will have a fresh outlook and exciting new ideas for how to build on our brand and further grow our roster and relationships.”

Commenting on her appointment, Tebbs said, “Warner Chappell Music has a revered legacy, and its Production Music arm has such a rich music catalogue created by a fantastic roster of writers, composers and our partner labels. Production music is such an important part of a publishing company and an integral part of many TV, advertising, film and gaming productions, so I’m really excited to join the team, as well as the wider global business, to continue to build our business, brand and music offering.”
