Lindsay Nahmiache appointed Chief Marketing Officer at Songtradr

Music licensing marketplace Songtradr has hired Lindsay Nahmiache as Chief Marketing Officer.

In her new role, Nahmiache is tasked with scaling the company’s growth in new and existing markets and broadening its global industry reach in the tech and music space.

Nahmiache brings over 17 years of international marketing experience to the new role, having worked with brands including Virgin Radio, Granville Island Brewing, Juan Valdez Coffee, eOne Films, and Meow Wolf among others.

She has been recognized as one of the 100 Most Powerful Women by the Financial Post, Enterprising Women of the Year, Top 40 Under 40, PROFIT: Top Female Entrepreneurs, and is an ambassador to UN for Women’s Entrepreneurship.

Nahmiache is also the co-founder and CEO of digital marketing agency Jive PR + Digital, which has offices in Los Angeles, Vancouver, and Toronto.

Nahmiache’s appointment follows the company’s recent launch of B2B music platform Vinyl.com as well an upcoming tech-music product which the company says “will be announced in the coming weeks”.

Additional brands that are part of the Songtradr Group include: Big Sync Music and Cuesongs, which it acquired in February 2019 and November 2020, respectively.

Songtradr’s ecosystem currently has over 500,000 users across 130 different countries and specializes in music licensing and distribution.

The company has offices in Los Angeles, New York, London, Paris, Hamburg, Belfast, Warsaw, Singapore, Melbourne and Sydney.
