Primary Wave secured a $300m acquisition warchest in a financing agreement with BlackRock Alternative Investors announced last year.
Glenn Gould was a four-time Grammy Award winner before his death aged 50 in 1982. He was also credited with a posthumous Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award in 2013.

In September 2017, Gould’s 1956 recording of Bach’s Goldberg Variations will be re-released as part of a commemorative set, Glenn Gould: The Goldberg Variations – The Complete Unreleased Recording Sessions.
