New York-based independent publisher Reservoir has signed hit songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist Jon Green to a worldwide publishing deal.
The deal includes global rights to Green’s future works.
Early in his career, Green started his own band, The Bonfires, before earning a reputation as one of the UK’s most sought-after live and studio session musicians.
More recently, Green has parlayed this experience into an increasingly successful songwriting and producing career, spanning multiple genres including Country, Rock, Pop, Dance, and Singer-songwriter.
Green is currently on the charts, having co-written and co-produced Kylie Minogue’s current single Say Something, the lead track off her upcoming 15th studio album, Disco.
He previously collaborated with Minogue on several tracks off her 2018 No.1 UK album, Golden.
The London-based Green continues to spend a lot of time in the US, particularly in Nashville.
He co-wrote Lady A’s 2020 No.1 US Billboard Country Airplay song What If I Never Get Over You, plus Live Forever from Kane Brown’s No.1 Billboard 200 album Experiment and Questions from Little Big Town’s No.1 US Billboard Country Album Nightfall, the latter of which he also co-produced.
He co-wrote and/or co-produced cuts off Linkin Park’s No.1 US Billboard 200 album One More Light, plus Paloma Faith’s Surrender from her No.1 UK album The Architect.
He also co-wrote and/or co-produced multiple songs on James Bay’s multi-Platinum debut album Chaos and the Calm (Deluxe), as well as Bay’s follow up 2018 album Electric Light.
Green has also written hits for other top artists, including 5 Seconds of Summer, Maisie Peters, Aquilo, Jason Mraz, Jack Savoretti, and more.
