Respected music industry veteran Robin Godfrey-Cass (pictured) has been appointed MD of the UK office of Round Hill Carlin.
Godfrey-Cass was initially hired to head up creative at Round Hill/Carlin out of London after Round Hill officially closed its acquisition of independent publisher Carlin Music last January.
Godfrey-Cass has over 30 years’ experience in the music industry.
He became the youngest ever appointed MD of a major publisher in 1985 when, at age 30, he was named Managing Director of Warner Chappell Music UK.
He was responsible for signing the likes of Eric Clapton, Radiohead, among many others.
Round Hill Music was founded in 2012 by Josh Gruss.
“I’ve known Robin for eight years and it’s safe to say he’s a good guy, perhaps the best, to have on your team when it comes to creative and deal sourcing in the UK.”
