Alamo Records has hired industry veteran Tiara Hargrave as Executive Vice President/General Manager.
Hargrave will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the growing label which is based in New York City, and was founded by former 300 Entertainment, Def Jam and Warner Bros exec Todd Moscowitz.
“Tiara brings with her a wealth of experience honed working in a variety of creative businesses with some of the most successful artists in our industry,” said Moscowitz today. “I am thrilled to have her in this important role at Alamo.”
Hargrave comes to Alamo from Columbia Records, where she played a significant role in the success of artists such as Lil Nas X, Polo G and Lil Tjay.
She has more than a decade of experience in media and entertainment, with roles at such companies as Motown/UMG, at Bad Boy Entertainment’s Sean John and Ciroc, and at Red Bull. She earned a B.A. in Journalism at Howard University.
