UK-based Key Production has signed a definitive agreement to acquire London-based Disc Solutions Ltd, music manufacturer.
Disc Solutions provides manufacturing solutions for music & media products and services, specializing in vinyl pressing.
The alliance will take effect immediately and will not affect the day to day running of either business nor lead to redundancies.
Disc Solutions will be integrated into the existing Key Production (London) operations and operate from the Key Production office at Tileyard Studios under the Key Production (London) Ltd name.
